LOS ANGELES (KNX) – The daughter of a former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member had her home raided in December after her father-in-law was accused of money laundering, tax evasion, and fraud.

Brooke Weiderhorn, the daughter of “RHOBH” cast member Kim Richards, is married to Thayer Weiderhorn. Thayer’s father, Andrew Wiederhorn, is the chief executive of FAT Brand, which owns restaurant chains like Fatburger and Johnny Rockets.

Thayer and Brooke’s house in Beverly Grove was raided by federal agents, according to the Los Angeles Times. The outlet, which looked at the court documents, said Brooke’s name doesn’t appear in court documents; however, Thayer had been monitored by agents. Agents also took tax documents, phones, and other records from the couple's house.

Andrew Weiderhorn is accused of creating and carrying out a plan that would allow him to avoid paying taxes and allow him to get money through fake loans, the L.A. Times added, citing a November affidavit.

FAT Brands said in a statement on Friday that it is cooperating with the investigation.
