A fire damaged a vacant two-story house in Hollywood Friday, but no one was hurt.
Firefighters sent to the 1800 block of North Wilton Place at 8:31 a.m. extinguished the flames in 31 minutes, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
According to the department, fire was located on the second floor "with extension into the attic."

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
