Timothy Kirkpatrick, 42, and Hakop Keloyan, 48, were arrested in the shooting death of Stuart Herman.

On March 2, West Valley Patrol Officers responded to 4500 block of Densmore Avenue regarding an assault with a deadly weapon. Officers found Herman inside the residence with multiple gunshot wounds. He died on the scene.

Kirkpatrick was the first suspect arrested. Police said he initially barricaded himself prior to his arrest.

When Keloyan was arrested, detectives search the property and found “illegal marijuana grow in the subterranean garage.”

Both Kirkpatrick and Keloyan were booked for murder. They will appear in court on Thursday.
