LOS ANGELES (KNX) – Los Angeles Homicide detectives are searching for witnesses in a murder that took place on Jan. 18 in Gardena.
In a tweet, the department shared a photo of a black Honda Accord that was involved in the murder, which took place on Ainsworth Street and Redondo Beach Boulevard at 11:15 a.m.
Officials said the suspect got out of his car, fired a round at the female victim, and then got back in his car and drove eastbound on Redondo Beach Boulevard.
The female victim died following the shooting.
