MALIBU, Calif. (KNX) — Authorities on Thursday have identified a man found dead in a Malibu parking lot earlier this week.
Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies with the Malibu/Lost Hills Station were called to the 30000 block of Pacific Coast Highway at about 7 a.m. on Tuesday to investigate a body discovered in the parking lot of the Trancas Canyon Nursery. There, they found the body of the victim, 58-year-old Inge Baumbach.
Baumbach has been described in various news reports as an overnight security guard who worked at a nearby shopping center. His cause of death has not yet been disclosed.
