
NORTH HOLLYWOOD (CNS) - A United States Postal Service carrier was robbed at gunpoint in North Hollywood, and authorities Thursday asked for the public's help in finding the suspects.
According to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, two men approached a letter carrier at around 10:20 a.m. near 5522 Vineland Avenue on Tuesday. They robbed him at gunpoint before fleeing in a vehicle presumed to be a black 2019 BMW X6 SUV with black rims.
One of the suspects was described as a man between 25-35 years old. According to investigators, he was wearing a black hoodie, black jeans, and dark sneakers, while the second suspect wore a white face mask, a gray hoodie, dark-colored jeans and white sneakers. There was no description for the third suspect, who was the getaway driver.

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.
Anyone with any information regarding the robbery was urged to contact the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at 877-876-2455 and say "Law Enforcement."
