SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, Calif. (KNX) – San Bernardino County deputies arrested an 18-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman in connection to the death of a 20-year-old Victorville resident.
Kody Lee McDufienunnery and Christine Kathleen Proffitt were arrested Saturday in the shooting death of Deven Dalton, according to a press release.
Deputies said McDufienunnery was arrested on suspicion of Dalton’s murder, while Proffitt was arrested on suspicion of accessory after the fact.
On Thursday, deputies responded to the 13700 block of Bear Valley Road where Dalton was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He died at the hospital. An investigation led detectives to identify McDufienunnery and Proffitt as the suspects.
