LOS ANGELES (KNX) – Two people and a dog were shot in South Los Angeles Thursday, according to police.

The shooting was reported near the intersection of 117th and Main streets around 2:25 p.m., according to KTLA.
The two people were taken to the hospital while animal control took the dog that was shot.
Their conditions are unknown at this time.
A motive for the shooting is unclear.
Police have not provided further details about the shooting.
