Police said the suspects demanded the girls hand over their phones, then held them by their hair until they unlocked their phones.

“Fearing for their safety, the victims complied and allowed the suspects to take their cellphones,” police said.

The two suspects who attacked the girls proceeded to run into a waiting vehicle. Two other male suspects were caught on camera keeping a lookout.

The suspect vehicle was described as a black sedan with tinted windows.

Anyone with information about the robbery was asked to contact L.A. police Det. M. Flores at (213) 922-8217.
