LOS ANGELES (KNX) – Three people were arrested in connection to an Encino home invasion robbery, police said.

It happened in the 17900 block of Valley Vista Boulevard on Wednesday around 1:35 a.m.
A woman called the police for help, but was disconnected while on the phone, police said.
Responding officers saw the suspects wearing dark clothes and masks leaving the residence with suitcases. After the suspects ran away, officers established a perimeter and brought in K-9 units.
The victims told law enforcement multiple suspects got into the house by “prying open a rear window.” Two of the suspects robbed the victims at gunpoint before taking off with cash, a cell phone and a watch.
A K-9 team eventually found three suspects. Maliek Villafranco, 25, Darion Abbott, 29, and Jajuan Young, 25, were arrested.
The stolen items were returned to the victims.
Police said this is an isolated incident.
Anyone with information or video regarding this incident is urged to contact Detective Dunlop at (818)374-7730.
