NORTHRIDGE (CNS) - A man was shot to death during an argument with another man in Northridge, authorities said today.
The shooting was reported at 11:13 p.m. Sunday in the 19500 block of Parthenia Street, according to a desk officer at the Los Angeles Police Department's Operations Center.

The 29-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene, the officer said.
The 40-year-old suspect fled, he said.
FOX11 reported from the scene that the shooting took place at an engagement party and the victim was one of the guests.
