Dallas Arboretum: Dallas Blooms
Dallas Blooms, the Southwest’s annual floral festival featuring the Great Contributors bronze sculpture collection is here. The collection includes new historical figures, including Ruby Bridges, Harriet Tubman, Mother Teresa, Amelia Earhart and Joan of Arc. The spring festival showcases an explosion of color from 100 varieties of spring bulbs, 500,000 spring-blooming blossoms, thousands of azaleas and hundreds of Japanese cherry trees.

Easter in the Park
Easter in Turtle Creek Park is back after a three year hiatus. The afternoon of fun is free and open to ALL and features food trucks, music, games, photos with the Easter Bunny, the ever-popular Pooch Parade, a live concert, and a new Easter Egg Recognition Wall.
The Pooch Parade will kick off at 2:00 p.m. Dogs and their owners dressed in festive Easter attire will meander down Turtle Creek Boulevard. Winners will be selected by a panel of local celebrity judges. Registration is $25 per costume entry. At 1:30 p.m. there’s a Children's Easter Egg Hunt, and enjoy a live performance by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Brass Quintet at 3 p.m.
