No matter how cold it may get later this week, at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo, the show will go on.
With the event always happening in late January and early February, there's always the possibility of severe or winter weather during the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo.
Matt Brockman with the Stock Show says no matter how cold it may get later this week, all events will go on as scheduled.
Brockman says it's important to note that the livestock including cattle, horses, sheep and other animals have been roaming pastures for centuries and are more than acclimated to cold weather.
He says all animals are properly cared for at all times while on the grounds of the Will Rogers Memorial Center.
