HEB hasn’t been in DFW for long, but the metroplex is already starting to get an idea of what makes the Texas-based grocery store chain so beloved in the Lone Star state.

Now, someone has decided to take their HEB love to the streets. As seen in photos that recently went viral, someone built a massive replica of a HEB shopping cart and turned it into a drivable vehicle.

Earlier this month, video from San Antonio showing a man on the highway driving a modified shopping cart went viral, but in classic Texas fashion, someone else managed to out due that driver with an HEB shopping cart car.

According to Chron, the vehicle was made by Carroll Wesch, a logistics planner for H-E-B Public Affairs who has worked for the Texas supermarket chain for 47 years. The massive shopping cart can hold five passengers, along with the driver.

Many have seen the shopping cart car driving on the streets of Houston, and it is expected to make an appearance at the upcoming Houston Art Car Parade. “This is the most Texas thing I've ever seen,” said one commenter. With this car, Texas has once again proven that everything truly is bigger here.
