A 13-year-old Brownsville girl who was the subject of an Amber Alert is now back with her family after she and an 18-year-old man were found sleeping in a car in Mansfield early Sunday morning.
Police had a description of the car the two were believed to be in and they found that car parked in a grassy area along West Debbie Lane near Highway 157.
Reports say Officers moved in and separated the girl from the suspect whose name is Clayton Phillips.
She was checked out by paramedics while Phillips was booked into the Tarrant County jail on a kidnapping charge. Investigators believe the two met online.
