Arlington Police have produced a short video showing the catastrophic results of high-speed crashes.
Veteran Arlington police accident investigator David Szatkowski says "...even in crashes on surface streets I've seen crashes where we've had speeds in the 90s in a 35 mile-an-hour zone." Furthermore, he says speed "...is a big factor in the crashes that we see."
