A man is locked up after leading White Settlement on a high speed chase Wednesday afternoon.
Officials say an armed robbery suspect was driving a stolen car on Las Vegas Trail, with police cars right on his tail, when he veered out of control and took out part of the chain link fence near the Central Park ball fields.
He bailed out and took off on foot but he didn't get far before officers chased him down.
Detectives are working on tying him to multiple robberies in both White Settlement and Benbrook.
