Authorities have identified a teen fatally shot in Fort Worth on Friday afternoon.
Julian Carr, 18, was shot in the head on the front porch of a home on West Central Avenue in northwest Fort Worth just off Highway 199 on Friday, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner.
Carr was pronounced dead at the scene. No further details about the incident were immediately available.
