The Dallas County Sheriff's Office has located the person whose vehicle struck a squad car with two deputies inside this morning, then fled the scene.

The suspect, 19-year-old Jovany Vasquez, and his vehicle were located this afternoon. Vasquez has been transported to the Dallas County jail and will be charged with three counts of accidents involving injury.

The accident happened along westbound Interstate 20, just east of Mountain Creek Parkway. The deputies were halfway in their vehicle when it was struck.

The deputies were taken to a local hospital and are in stable condition. One other person involved in the accident was also transported to the hospital as well.

The Sheriff's office said they were searching for a 2004 red extended cab Ford F-150 pickup with a Texas license plate reading AC5-3001.

Officials said the red truck should have front and rear damage on the right side from where it hit the squad car. It may also have black paint on it from the accident with the deputy's vehicle. The suspect also struck another vehicle as well.
