Dallas (1080 KRLD) - Dallas Police have reported that a critically missing person has been safely located as of Monday afternoon.
Javier Ruiz Martinez, a 21-year-old Latin man was described as 5'05" tall, 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen on July 20th at about 8:30 p.m. walking in the 4600 block of St. Francis Avenue wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans, and sandals.
