Dallas (1080 KRLD) - A 21-year-old has been reported as critically missing by the Dallas Police Department.
Javier Ruiz Martinez was last seen at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 14th walking in the 4600 block of St Francis Ave, Dallas, TX 75227.
Martinez is described as 5'05", 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Police believe Martinez might be confused and in need of assistance.
