"We can't go into too many details about who the child was with," says Officer Brian Martinez with Dallas police. "But we definitely want to remind everybody, parents, guardians, uncles, aunts to let your children know to be aware of their surroundings. If they suspect any danger, go away. Go back home. Let somebody know."

The suspect is described as a black woman with long blonde braids. She was last seen walking a couple of small white dogs and driving a red car.

A forensic sketch of the suspect has just been released. Police are asking anyone with information to contact Detective Richard Valencia with the DPD Child Exploitation Unit at 214-671-4339.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest.
