The interim CEO of ERCOT announced plans for a "listening and education tour" across Texas over the summer, and Monday, he will meet with local officials in North Texas. The tour was part of a 60-point plan called, "Roadmap to Improving Grid Reliability" announced in July.

At a Texas Senate committee hearing in September, Chief Executive Brad Jones said he was launching the tour "to get [the public's] thoughts and also to answer their questions, to give them the confidence I hope to restore in ERCOT."
