Police say Elena Joiner died at Cook Children's yesterday. While the Tarrant County Medical Examiner has not determined the cause of death, Fort Worth police are blaming her father, Billy Ray Joiner who remains jailed today on a range of charges including causing injury to a child.
But with Elena's death, more serious charges are expected.
