FLOWER MOUND, TX (1080 KRLD) - The Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch has been helping families celebrate Halloween for 30 years, and the tradition will continue this year thanks to the help of a local realtor who wouldn't let the tradition end.

The Pumpkin Patch announced last week it would NOT open this year, because it couldn't find enough workers. That's when Christi Beca stepped in.

She lives in Flower Mound and runs the Flower Mound Women in Business networking group. She sent word out the Pumpkin Patch needed help, and nearly 300 people replied.

So the Pumpkin Patch will open this year at the beginning of next month. It will be open from 9 A.M. until 7 P.M. Admission is free, but you will have to pay to park.
