A regular fall attraction in Flower Mound won't be back this year.
The operators of the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch say they can't find enough employees to open safely and efficiently, so they will not be open for the 2022 season.
They had posted an ad online earlier this year seeing "enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working, dedicated help". They were hiring for positions as kiddie ride operators, parking lot attendants and cashiers, The attraction was scheduled to be open October 1st through October 31st.
The Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch had been open each fall for the past 29 years.
