Fort Worth hit and run kills one, hospitalizes two

Fort Worth (1080 KRLD) - Fort Worth Police have reported a hit and run early on Sunday morning that has left two hospitalized and one dead.

Police say that after being involved in an accident on the freeway, three women left the vehicle to find help, walking along the right shoulder. There, the women were struck by an unknown vehicle. The driver did not stop to assist the women or wait for the emergency services.

After police arrived on location in the 1300 block on Interstate 20 westbound, between McCart Avenue and James Avenue/Crowley Road one woman was pronounced dead while the two others were taken to a local hospital.
