Fort Worth police now have a photo of a car connected to a fatal shooting in April.

An after-prom party was going on at an address on Altamesa when at least two shooters opened fire on the crowd of mostly teenagers. A 17-year-old Crowley High School student named Rashard Guinyard was killed.

Just two months earlier, Guinyard had signed a letter of commitment to run track at Abilene Christian University.

The gunmen got away in an older model burgundy Honda Civic that was missing its rear bumper. The car had a paper dealer tag that turned out to be bogus.

Police are now circulating a photo of the car and they're hoping for tips from people who recognize it.
