A suspect has died after being taken into custody by Dallas police.
A business owner called police after seeing a person screaming, falling down and acting sporadically.
Deputy chief Terrence Rhodes says 47 year old LaDamonyon Hall appeared to be severely impaired when she was confronted by police.
Body cam shows she was asked if she could be checked out, Hall started screaming and taking her clothes off.
Hall was taken into custody for a mental health evaluation. During transport, Hall lost vital signs and died at the hospital.
A cause of death is not yet known. A full investigation is now underway.
