A motorcyclist was killed and several people were injured in separate crashes around Dallas–Fort Worth on Sunday.
The fatal crash happened in Wylie near Pleasant Valley Road and South Ballard. Police got the first call just before noon and when they arrived, they found the motorcyclist dead at the scene. Investigators have not determined how the rider, a Wylie man, lost control of his bike.
Elsewhere, several people were hurt in a multi-car crash in Dallas late Sunday. The chain-reaction crash happened just past 11 p.m. on eastbound I-30 a little before Loop 12. Several vehicles had major damage and people were badly hurt, but investigators have not said how many.
Both incidents remain under investigation.
