A man is behind bars in Collin County where a murder victim was found in Plano.
Plano Police say the victim was found at an address on Roman Court near Coit and Legacy Drive. Now police confirm they have arrested a man named William Holma on a murder charge.
They have not specifically said how or even if Holma and the victim knew one another. Nor have they said whey the victim was shot.
