Everman police say missing 6-year-old boy case is now a death investigation

Everman police now say the search for 6-year-old Noel Rodriguez-Alvarez missing from Tarrant County since November has turned into a death investigation.

According to a search warrant, the boy’s mother, Cindy Singh, gives multiple stories of what happened to him. It says she told CPS that Noel had gone to live with a man in Mexico in November of 2022, with the relationship of the man redacted. CPS determined that not to be true.

The warrant then says that Singh told her mother that she had sold him to an unknown woman at a Fiesta Market. Everman Police tell us it has no evidence to support the theory that Noel was sold and there’s also no evidence to suggest the child is still alive.

The Everman Police Department will be holding a candlelight vigil on Monday night at 8:30.
