Tuesday's gunman who opened fire at the Dallas County Medical Examiner's building on I-35 turns out to be the husband of an employee. Both of them died in what investigators now call a murder-suicide.

Just before 5 p.m. Dallas police, Dallas County Sheriff's deputies and county marshals were all called in because of reports about gunfire inside the building. Two bodies were found on the second floor.

Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins confirms it was a murder-suicide while County Commissioner John Wiley Price says the victim was an employee who was killed by her husband who also took his own life.
