Police have jailed the only survivor in a deadly rollover crash in Kennedale.
On Tuesday an off-duty Fort Worth police officer saw someone fire a pistol at another car on I-20 in southeast Fort Worth.
On-duty officers were alerted and they tried to pull the gunman's car over but the driver sped off and crashed in Kennedale. Two people in the car were thrown from the wreckage and killed at the scene.
The only survivor is a man named Deadrion Fails who was treated at the hospital. He's now been released and booked into the Tarrant County jail on charges of unlawfully carrying a weapon and deadly conduct by discharge of a firearm.
