
After an overnight delay, Tim O'Hare found out he will be on the November ballot for Tarrant County Judge after defeating former Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price for the Republican nomination.

The Tarrant County results were delayed due to equipment issues, according to current Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley.
Once in, the results showed that O'Hare gathered 57% of votes while Price only had 34%. He shared the news of his nomination in an early morning tweet saying, "What an unbelievable feeling to wake up this morning as the Republican nominee for Tarrant County Judge."
O’Hare, who has the endorsement of Former President Donald Trump. During his speech last night, he talked about unity ahead of the November election.
During her speech, Price thanked her supporters and said she was proud of her campaign. "I'm very proud of the campaign that we've run, I'm proud of the hard work that's gone into it," she said.
Democrat Deborah Peoples will also be on the November ballot after she won her primary against challenger Marvin Sutton, taking 83% percent of votes against Sutton's 17%.
Peoples, the former chair of the Tarrant County Democratic Party, ran to replace Price as Fort Worth mayor but lost in a runoff on June 5, 2021, to Mattie Parker. Peoples also challenged Price for mayor in 2019 and lost by 14%, as reported by NBCDFW.com
