Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced last week he plans to build a border wall along the Texas-Mexico border, and this afternoon he will announce how he plans to build it.
The Governor said in an interview yesterday that he will ask for donations from around the world to pay for the wall.
He says the wall is needed to improve security along the border.
Governor Abbott has invited former President donald Trump to Texas to tour the southern border. Trump says he'll be there June 30th.
