FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD)- The murder trial of Timothy Huff continues in Fort Worth Monday. He's charged with the murder of Fort Worth police officer Garrett Hull.

Hull was killed during a shootout in 2018 while investigating a string of robberies.
The man who fired the fatal shot, Dacion Steptoe, was killed when officers returned fire during the shootout.
A former Fort Worth detective working on the robbery case with Hull, testified the defendant and his gang were targeting Latino bars. He insisted they were organized and violent.
Testimony continues later Monday morning.
Huff is one of two men facing capital murder charges in Hull's death; Samuel Mayfield's trial date has not been set.
