In Denton, University of North Texas officials say they're planning add security to a parking lot where at least 19 vehicles belonging to the Mean Green football players were broken into last week.

Reports say the cars were left near the North Texas Soccer and Track and Field Stadium while the team was staying in a hotel ahead of Friday night's game against Marshall.

Campus police have been investigating but there's not much to report right now. On his Twitter feed, UNT tight end Jason Pirtle posted a message to the burglar or burglars, saying: "to the person who broke into my car, i don’t got AC anyways so I’m used to driving with my window down."
