Ask the Expert: Is the 'Great Resignation' over or has it just begun?

That Great Resignation might not be over by a long shot.

96 percent of workers say in a new Monster.com poll that they're going to actively look for a new job this year. Most of them say they're just not paid enough where they work right now. Others say they can't grow any longer in their current jobs.

What happens to all those workers, if they get to a new company and find out that the "grass isn't always greener?" Or they find out that they don't like the new boss at all, while they tolerated the old one?

There are a lot of factors beyond just salary that people need to watch out for.
