A lot of companies have gone back to requiring workers to return full-time in the office or they're planning to soon. And those requirements are the final straw for a lot of workers in this country.

A new study from the University of Chicago finds people enjoyed working from home, during the pandemic.

Almost 40% of workers say, if they're forced to go back into an office full-time they will start looking somewhere else to work that lets them work from home at least a few times a week.

The researchers say around 60% of employees will follow their boss's orders when it comes to working at the office.
