Deputies rescue 84 migrants in South Texas

The Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office has launched an investigation after discovering 84 migrants in the town of Olivarez, just north of Weslaco.

Deputies got a call from someone who saw people getting out of a tractor-trailer in Olivarez.

Members of the Sheriff's Office and the U.S. Border Patrol both responded to the scene.

Hidalgo County Sheriff Sheriff Eddie Guerra says they rescued 84 migrants.
