Texas Longhorns drop to #22 in the AP Top 25 rankings

Despite a 41-to-20 win over UT San Antonio on Saturday the Texas Longhorns dropped a notch in the AP rankings down to 22 this morning.

KRLD is the Home of Texas Longhorns football. Tune in Thursday night at 11 p.m. For "Longhorns Weekly" with head coach Steve Sarkisian the voice of the Longhorns.

Looking at other Texas teams in the AP Top 25, the Texas Aggies are 23rd, up from 24, after beating Number 13 Miami 17-to-9. A&M's record is now 2-and-1. The Aggies play Arkansas on Saturday.

And the top ranked team in Texas remains the 2-and-1 Baylor Bears, holding steady at Number 17 after a big 42-to-7 win over Texas State. The Bears play Iowa State on Saturday.
