PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Cheerleaders, the pep band and a drumline will all perform at the Eagles' final practice Sunday evening at Lincoln Financial Field, which will be open to the public.
Philly resident Dre Jones is excited for the main attraction — the team.
“I’m looking forward to seeing them do whatever they have to do tonight, and then with the games, come on and be on top this year,” he said.
The birds will wear their special edition Eagles Autism Foundation jerseys, and the money raised from the tickets will go to the foundation.
There will be tons of activities for families to take part in, allowing fans to meet former Eagles players and getting autographs.
Jones, who's taking his 11 year-old daughter to the practice, has some specific things he’s looking for out of the Eagles this season.
“They should be scoring a little better, to tell you the truth, and bringing the aggressiveness into the game,” he said.
The Eagles take on the Jets next Friday at the Linc to kick off the preseason.
