PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A 30-year-old man is dead after being shot multiple times on Kelly Drive.
Police say it happened around 2:38 a.m. Saturday on Boathouse Row, near Temple and Saint Joseph's boathouses.
Investigators tell our partners at NBC10 the victim was found behind a stolen sedan with temporary Delaware tags. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The car's hood was up with its hazard lights on, and had bullet holes in it.
No word yet on any motives or possible suspects.
