Authorities say Edward Mathews, 46, has been indicted on 15 charges including:
- Bias intimidation (four counts).

- Unlawful possession of a weapon (two counts).

According to prosecutors, Mathews was using racial slurs during a tirade with four people on July 3 outside a Coventry Way home that was caught on video. Police took him to his home. Mathews was charged for that incident and one from the night before involving harassment, for which he was arrested.
After Mount Laurel Police searched his home, prosecutors said that a slingshot and ball bearings were seized that matched the description of vehicles which Mathews allegedly damaged. He also allegedly stalked one of the owners of thosse vehicles.
Police also seized hallucinogenic drugs, according to prosecutors.
Authorities said yet another charge against Mathews came from a threatening note and feces he allegedly put on a neighbor's vehicle.
Mathews continues to be held in the Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly.
