PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The third and final man accused of being involved in a shootout in Norristown on Thanksgiving, which killed an innocent bystander as he was sitting down for dinner with his family, has been arrested.
Tymere “Brady” Parker, 20, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals and Montgomery County detectives at a home in Northeast Philadelphia on Tuesday.
Savian Creary and Kevon Clarke, both 19, are already in custody. All three are charged with murder.
Authorities say the three got into an argument at a Thanksgiving celebration earlier in the day. Creary and Parker went to Clarke’s home around 9 p.m., and they fired shots at each other.
None of the three was injured, but investigators say a bullet went through a window of a home on the 1100 block of Arch Street in Norristown. It struck and killed 25-year-old Edilberto Moctezuma at his Thanksgiving dinner.
