THE NAME GAME GETAWAY: ST. LUCIA Contest Rules 

These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Audacy Massachusetts, LLC, operator of WBMX-FM and WMJX-FM (individually and collectively, as applicable, the “Station(s)”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, WBMX-FM general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and are available on the Stations’ websites at Mix1041.com/rules and Magic1067.com/rules. To the extent that the WBMX-FM general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.

THIS CONTEST IS BEING CONDUCTED BY MULTIPLE RADIO STATIONS. LISTENERS OF EACH OF THE TWO (2) PARTICIPATING STATIONS, AND VISITORS TO EACH OF THE PARTICIPATING STATION WEBSITES, ARE ELIGIBLE TO ENTER AND WIN THIS CONTEST AS SET FORTH BELOW.

Who Can Enter

1.             No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Name Game Getaway: St. Lucia (the “Contest”). A purchase or payment will not increase your chance of winning. 

2.             Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and a legal resident of the state of Connecticut, Massachusetts, or New Hampshire as of Thursday, March 5, 2026 in order to be eligible to enter or win. 

How to Enter

3.               From approximately 12:00AM (ET) on Thursday, March 5, 2026 through the earlier of either approximately 4:00PM (ET) on Thursday, March 26, 2026, or the point at which ten (10) Prizes (as described in Section 13 below) have been awarded in this Contest, whichever is sooner, go to Mix1041.com/contests or Magic1067.com/contests, click on the link to enter this Contest, and complete and submit the entry form with all applicable and required information

4.             Entrants may receive one (1) or more bonus entries by completing one (1) or more of the following actions:

a.    Entrants will receive 1 bonus entries for each friend that enters The Name Game: 1k Twice A Day via the entrant's personalized share link found on the online entry page.

b.    Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry if they click the “Follow @mix1041” on X button on the online entry page located at Mix1041.com/contests.

c.    Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry if they click the “Follow @magic1067” on X button on the online entry page located at Magic1067.com/contests.

d.    Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry if they click the “Follow @mix1041” on Instagram button on the online entry page located at Mix1041.com/contests.

e.    Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entry if they click the “Follow @magic1067” on Instagram button on the online entry page located at Magic1067.com/contests.

f.      Entrants will receive 5 bonus entries if they click the “Download the Audacy App” button on the online entry page.

g.    Entrants will receive 5 bonus entries if they click the “Listen Now on Audacy” button on the online entry page.

h.    Contest Administrator is not responsible for verifying any of the above actions, other than entrant clicking the designated button(s).

5.    Subject to the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2 of these Contest rules, an individual may enter this Contest as many times as they desire. 

How to Win

6.             This Contest will be played weekdays (Monday through Friday only, excluding weekends) from Monday, March 9, 2026, through the earlier of either Friday, March 27, 2026, or the point at which ten (10) Prizes (as described in Section 13 below) have been awarded in this Contest, whichever is sooner (each, a “Contest Day”) at approximately 7:05AM (ET) and 4:05PM (ET) (each, a “Contest Play”).  

7.             Beginning Friday, March 6, 2026, and each weekday thereafter, at approximately 4:00PM (ET), the Station will randomly select the names of two (2) entrants from among all eligible entries received through the time of such drawing, and then randomly assign one (1) of each of the two (2) randomly selected entrants to each one (1) of the two (2) Contest Plays (i.e., one (1) randomly selected entrant will be randomly assigned to the 7:05AM (ET) Contest Play, one (1) randomly selected entrant will be randomly assigned to the 4:05PM (ET) Contest Play, etc.) to take place on the immediately following Contest Day (e.g. a drawing on Monday will be for the Contest Plays on the immediately following Tuesday, and a drawing on Friday will be for the Contest Plays on the immediately following Monday). 

8.             Each Contest Play will begin, as applicable, at approximately 7:05AM (ET) and 4:05PM (ET), with all participating Stations announcing on-air (i) the first name, last name, and town/city of residence of the one (1) entrant selected and assigned to that Contest Play (as described in Section 7 above) (the “Contestant”); and (ii) the fact that the announced entrant must call the designated contest phone number, 1-617-779-5800 (the, “Contest Number”), by no later than fifteen (15) minutes past the top of the hour of in which such Contest Play is taking place (i.e., for the 7:05am (ET) Contest Play, the announced entrant must call the Contest Number by 7:15am (ET), for the 4:05pm (ET) Contest Play, the announced entrant must call the Contest Number by 4:15pm (ET), and so on) (the, “Call-Back Deadline”).

a.             WARNING! ONLINE LISTENERS TO STREAMED BROADCASTS MAY EXPERIENCE A LAG IN TRANSMISSIONS DUE TO BUFFERING LIMITATIONS. CONTEST PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT RELY ON STREAMED BROADCASTS.

b.             Only calls received to the designated Contest Number (as listed above) are eligible to win. Calls to any other number, including but not limited to, the Stations’ request or studio phone numbers, main business phone number(s), or any other phone numbers will not be accepted.

c.             The name assigned and announced for a certain Contest Play will be the same for each participating Station.

d.             LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER INDIVIDUAL VERIFIED WINNER OF THIS CONTEST. Entrants who are selected and announced in a Contest Play, but fail to call the Contest Number within the allotted amount of time will remain eligible for future Contest Plays. Verified Winners will become ineligible for future Contest Plays.

e.             Having won a prize from these Stations within less than seven (7) days does not affect an individual’s eligibility to win a prize in this Contest. 

9.             If the Contestant calls the Contest Number before the Call-Back Deadline, then such Contestant, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Contest rules, will receive one (1) Prize in this Contest (as described in Section 13 below) (each, a “Winner”). If the Contestant does not call the Contest Number before the Call-Back Deadline, then no prize will be awarded for such Contest Play.

a.             The Station is and will at all times be the sole and exclusive arbiter in all matters related to this Contest, including, without limitation, whether or not a Contestant calls the Contest Number by the Call-Back Deadline. All decisions made by the Station are final and may not be appealed.

b.             The Station will not post the names and/or town/city of residence of any Contestant on its website, on any social media platform, and/or by any other electronic means; provided, however, the Station may, but will not be obligated to, provide the name and town/city of residence announced in any Contest Play over the phone on any of the Station’s phone numbers.

c.             The Station has no obligation, liability, or responsibility whatsoever if any Contestant was not listening to the Station at the time of the Contest Play and was informed by a third party about their name and town/city of residence being announced on the Station.

d.             In no event will any “deal-making” between any person and any participant of this Contest be permitted. The Station reserves the right (but not the obligation) to disqualify any person(s) that it suspects has participated in, or offered or accepted, any type of “deal-making” with respect to this Contest.

e.             All individuals who call the Station following a Contest Play because their name and town/city of residence was announced on the Station will be required to confirm their first and last names, as well as their exact address, before being confirmed as a potential winner of this Contest, and thereafter will still be required to completed the full winner verification process as required by the Station, which will include, but not be limited to, providing the Station with a government issued photo ID, completing an IRS Form W-9, and signing the Station’s winner release agreement.

f.               In the event there are two (2) or more individuals with the same name, residing at the same address, matching the name and town/city of residence of a Contestant announced by the Station for any particular Contest Play, the first (1st) person who calls the Contest Number by the Call-Back Deadline will, upon verification of eligibility and compliance with the Contest rules, be deemed the Winner of such Contest Play.

10.          There will be up to, but not more than, two (2) Contest Plays per each of the up to, but not more than, fifteen (15) Contest Days in this Contest, for a total of up to, but no more than, thirty (30) Contest Plays in this Contest.   

11.          There will be up to, but in no event more than, ten (10) prizes awarded in this Contest, a maximum of one (1) prize to each of the up to, but in no event more than, ten (10) verified Winners, if any. 

12.          Odds of an entrant being selected as a Contestant depends upon on the number of eligible entries received by the Station. Odds of a Contestant for any one (1) Contest Play winning a prize depends upon whether or not the Contestant successfully calls the Contest Number by the Call-Back Deadline for such Contest Play. 

Prize(s)

13.          Each of the up to ten (10) verified Winners of this Contest, if any, will receive one (1) Sandals Resort Prize Package, valued at $3,994.00, courtesy or Unique Travel Corp., and consisting of the following: (i) one (1) four (4) day three (3) night all-inclusive vacation for two (2) adults (the Winner and one (1) adult guest 18 years of age or older) to any one of the Sandals Resorts in St. Lucia listed below (Winner’s choice); and (ii) round-trip coach airfare tickets for two (2) adults to the destination (capped at $500.00 per person) (collectively, the “Prize”).

a.           Sandals Resorts in St. Lucia include: Sandals Halcyon Beach, Sandals Grande St. Lucian, Sandals Regency La Toc.

b.           Accommodations of one (1) double occupancy room, king size bed in a deluxe category room, all meals, unlimited premium brand liquors, daily & nightly entertainment, an array of land and water sports activities, including daily scuba diving (for certified divers), snorkeling, Wi-Fi in all rooms and public areas, resort taxes, resort gratuities, and Sandals Resorts transfers to and from the resort’s designated airport.

c.            Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) adults valid to/from the nearest major U.S. gateway of the Winner to the selected or designated resort’s airport. The tickets are valid ONLY in connection with this Sandal’s Resort stay and ONLY valid during the Prize Redemption Period (as described below). Flights will be on mutually approved dates. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary, originating from the same airport. Flights and airlines are subject to change and availability. Airfare is valued at $1,000 and capped at $500.00 per person. In the case a winner exceeds the allotted amount for airfare, additional expenses are the responsibility of Winner and guest. Restrictions and blackout dates are 14 days before and after any major U.S. holiday.

d.           The Prize will be issued in the form of a prize certificate (the “Prize Certificate”) outlining the terms and conditions of the Prize and redemption procedures.

e.           The Prize is subject to availability and certain blackout dates including but not limited to days pre and post all major US holidays. 

f.             The Prize must be redeemed for travel within one (1) year from August 1, 2026 (“Prize Redemption Period”) and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No extension will be given after the Prize has expired. If the Prize is not redeemed, the Prize will be forfeited.

g.           Reservations will not be confirmed until 30 days prior to the selected travel date. A credit card may be required for hotel check-in.

h.           Exclusions include car rental, personal charges, incidentals, telephone calls, Premium Wi-Fi, Red Lane® Spa treatments and services, specialty dining, tours & excursions, inter-island transportation, SCUBA certification courses, room services, meals outside of the selected and/or designated resort, island departure taxes, purchases made at the Sandals Specialty or Gift Shops, baggage fees and customs duties are not included.

i.             The accommodations portion of the Prize is subject to space availability and selected blackout dates. Unique Travel Corp, the worldwide representative for Sandals Resorts (the “Prize Provider”) and Sandals Resorts each reserves the right to relocate any confirmed Winner from the selected resort to an alternate resort within the resort’s chain and to change dates with prior notice should circumstances so require or for any circumstance(s) beyond the resort’s control. The terms and conditions agreed to by the Winner shall apply with equal applicability to any resort which is the subject of substitution or deviation. Neither Unique Travel Corp nor Sandals Resorts shall be liable for any claim made by the Winner whatsoever, including but not limited to loss, compensation, or refund by reason of such substitution or deviation.

j.             Unique Travel Corp, the Prize Provider, its affiliates, and parent as well as Sandals Resorts and/or Sandals Resorts related entities shall have the right to comply with any and all orders, recommendations, or directions whatsoever given by any government entity or by persons purporting to act with such authority, and such compliance shall not be deemed a breach of receipt of the Prize Package or any agreement entitling the prize winner to assert any claim for liability, compensation or refund.

k.            Sandals Resorts reserves the right to implement or modify health protocols, policies and procedures at any time as needed, in keeping with public health guidance and applicable law.

l.             CLASS ACTION WAIVER: ACCEPTANANCE OF THE PRIZE PROVIDES FOR THE EXCLUSIVE RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL LEGAL ACTION AND SUPERSEDES ANY LAW ENTITLING GUEST TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER PRECLUDES GUEST FROM PARTICIPATING IN OR BEING REPRESENTED IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION REGARDING ANY CLAIM BROUGHT UNDER AS A RESULT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. EVEN IF APPLICABLE LAW PROVIDES OTHERWISE, GUEST AGREES THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR LAWSUIT AGAINST UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LITIGATED BY GUEST INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION, AND GUEST EXPRESSLY AGREES TO WAIVE AUTHORITY TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS ON A CLASS ACTION BASIS. IF GUEST'S CLAIM IS SUBJECT TO LEGAL PROCEEDING UNDER FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. - TERMS AND CONDITIONS AVAILABLE HERE https://www.sandals.com/terms-conditions/, THE GUEST FURTHER AGREES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS MATERIAL AND ESSENTIAL TO THE PROCEEDING OF ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND IS NON-SEVERABLE FROM THE AGREEMENT TO ANY CLAIMS HEREIN. THE VALIDITY AND EFFECT OF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER MAY BE DETERMINED ONLY BY A JUDGE OR COURT OF LAW. GUEST AGREES THAT THIS SECTION SHALL NOT BE SEVERABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FROM THE FORUM SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISION SET FORTH IN THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS. GUEST AGREES THAT THE PARTIES REFERENCED IN FOREIGN SELECTION AND CHOICE OF LAW PROVISIONS OF THE UNIQUE TRAVEL CORP. – TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT MAY BE THE SUBJECT OF ANY CLAIM BY GUEST CAN RECEIVE IMMEDIATE JUDICIAL ASSISTANCE TO ENFORCE THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER.

m.          Due to the fact that travel and tourism are constantly in a state of flux, prizewinner is advised to consult the U.S. State Department’s website at and enter the name of the country(ies) that they plan to visit for the latest information concerning traveler safety, security, and health advisories. Winner and guest are responsible for checking the travel and entry protocols for the destination that they are travelling to before they depart and ensuring that they fully understand and comply with any such protocols, including, but not limited to, having or mainting a current passport, visa, or required health documents For example, some destinations, may require guests to be fully vaccinated and/or to obtain a negative PCR Covid-19 test a certain number of days pre and post travel. Winner is advised to visit the travel.gov website before travel and to check the official Government website for the country they are visiting. Winner and guest are responsible for any additional costs incurred for any required test or any other pre-travel requirements.

n.           The Winner and any guest if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the Prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the Prize and no replacement or alternate Prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders.  The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any Winner with any form of compensation for, any Prize or portion thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the Winner and/or their guest to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate Prize be provided.

o.           Sandals Resorts reserves the right to implement or modify health protocols, policies and procedures at any time as needed, in keeping with public health guidance and applicable law.

p.           Sandals Resorts is an all-inclusive romantic, adults-only resort destination exclusively for couples only. The Winner and travel companion must be 18 years of age or older.

q.           Any federal, state and/or local taxes applicable to the Prize will be the Winner’s responsibility to pay. Each Winner will receive from the Station an IRS Form 1099 in the amount of the Prize.

14.          The sponsors of this Contest are Audacy Massachusetts, LLC and JAWW Media + Marketing. The prize provider is Unique Travel Corp.  

Other Rules Specific to This Contest

15.          The entry process may require Entrants to login to, or to create, a free account with the third-party provider of a software platform used by the Station for such Contest(s) (“Software Provider”), by going to the Website, clicking on the Contest entry link, and completing and submitting the online registration form with all required information. a.             Limit one (1) account with the Software Provider per email address.

b.             Software Provider is not a sponsor of this Contest, but Entrants may be required, as part of the entry process, to agree and consent to the Software Provider’s terms of service and/or privacy policy, both of which will be available via a link during the entry or account registration process (collectively, the “Software Provider Policies”).

c.             If the Entrant elects to have their entry form pre-loaded or pre-populated with information from the Entrant’s Facebook, Twitter, Google, or LinkedIn profiles, such Entrant authorizes the Software Provider and the Station to access, utilize and/or pre-load to such entry form, applicable portions of Entrant’s profile information from such account.

d.             While agreement to the Software Provider Policies may be required in order to enter the Contest, the Software Provider Policies are not a part of these Contest Rules but are a separate agreement between the Entrant and Software Provider. In the event of any conflict between the Software Provider Policies and the Rules, the Rules will govern.

e.             Station is not responsible for any error or technical malfunctions associated with the Software Provider site that may affect any Entrant’s ability to enter, to win, or to be properly considered in the Contest, regardless of the cause. In the event of a malfunction associated with the Software Provider site that the Station in its sole and absolute discretion deems to materially and adversely affect the Contest, the Station reserves the right to (1) suspend the Contest; (2) terminate the Contest without a Winner; (3) terminate the Contest and select a Winner early; (4) provide alternative means of entry; and/or make any other changes to the Contest that the Station deems appropriate under the circumstances. Any such changes, terminations or suspensions will be published on the Contest Rules Page, and in the Station’s sole and absolute discretion, may also be announced on-air, published elsewhere on the Website, and/or published on social media.

f.               Employees of Software Provider and its affiliates, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to win in this Contest.
