I am always on the lookout for something new to add to my family's weeknight recipe rotation so when I came across this recipe, I had to try it! It is rare that I make something that both of my kids enjoy because Owen is only 17 months old but this one was a hit! It took no time to put together and used minimal ingredients. I served mine along side some of the bake in bag garlic knots and a small salad for me but you can serve it however your family will like it...make it your own then report back on how they liked it!
