Join the PSPCA on Saturday, February 3rd at Lotus 8 to build your own bouquet at the PSPCA's Bloom Bar! A portion of the proceeds will go towards the care of PSPCA foster dog, Bella. Additional proceeds will be donated back to PSPCA fosters to help promote and care for PSPCA animals.
