Have you been gobbling up all of that Halloween candy? Well now it's time for a detox, experts suggest that cleansing your gut and body will help regulate your metabolism and eliminate toxins and inflammation in the body. One quick and simple expert tip is nothing, but a simple glass of vegetable juice. Some nutritious ideas for vegetable juice include beetroot shots, green cucumber shots, kale and spinach juice and carrot detox drinks. The experts say it is also an excellent way to add vegetables to your diet.

According to the Mayo Clinic other benefits of drinking vegetable juices is the reduced risk of cancer and boosting immune systems. Additionally, drinking vegetable juice is a great way to add more vitamins and supplements into your daily diet. While there is no direct evidence of if vegetable juice is better than eating our veggies, it just feels good to have a clean gut and remember, drinking vegetable juice is NOT a meal replacement, but something to be added to your daily diet.
